Annual Meeting Nov 2
The annual meeting is Nov 2 at the Fairlington Community Center. The purpose of the meeting is to elect owners to the board. Here is the proxy form, candidate submissions, and other information for the meeting. Check in starts at 6:30 pm; the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. If you cannot attend, please submit a proxy form in your absence (homeowners should receive this proxy form in the mail by Oct 20). There must to be a quorum of 35% of homeowners for business of the association to be conducted at the meeting. If you're interested in being on the board, please read the call for candidates letter, and fill out and submit the application.
 
Roof Project

Food Trucks on Arlington Mill Dr.
Food trucks parked on Arlington Mill Drive are blocking the view of drivers exiting the Windgate front entrance. The board has contacted the county about the trucks, which are a safety hazard for drivers and pedestrians. Here's background -- and what you can do to help.
