WINDGATE II EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURE OFFER

The Board of Directors has granted a blanket variance for your front & patio exterior light fixtures when they need replacing. The blanket variance is for a Progress light fixture, model #5832-11.

The Progress light fixture is a high that will take up to a 100-watt standard light bulb. It is also more convenient than the existing light fixture, as it allows residents to change light bulbs from underneath without taking the fixture apart.

To give unit owners the benefit of a quality fixture at a discounted price and to encourage replacement of damaged fixtures, the Association Office will provide the Progress light fixture to Windgate II residents at cost, $36.05. For those who wish to have the new light fixture installed for them, there is an additional $20 charge. Repair and replacement of the exterior light fixtures are the unit owner’s responsibility.

Unit owners who wish to order the light fixture through the Office should complete the form below and return it to the Association Office. The office staff will call you to arrange delivery and/or installation.

Neither the Board of Directors nor the Association Office makes any representations or warranties regarding this light fixture. We are merely assisting unit owners.
