The undersigned resident of Windgate II or Windgate III requests use of the Gazebo for the function described above. The undersigned resident certifies that:

  1. He/she has read the attached rules for use of the Gazebo, and agrees to abide by those rules.
  2. He/she understands that violation of any of the rules may lead to forfeiture of the security deposit, and to an obligation to reimburse Windgate II and/or Windgate III for any costs associated with violation of the rules by the resident or any of his/her guests.
  3. He/she hereby indemnifies the Windgate II Unit Owners Association and the Windgate III Unit Owners Association against any suits or claims for damages or injury brought by the user or his/her guests against Windgate II or Windgate III and against any damage caused by the user or his/her guests.
