Ø
Passes may only be
issued if the owner is in compliance with all condominium bylaws and fee
requirements.
Ø
Resident permits or guest
passes must be displayed on all vehicles including motorcycles.
Ø
Boats, recreational
vehicles, moving vans and/or trailers, or commercial vehicles may not be parked
on the lots without prior written permission from the board.
Ø
Disabled, un-inspected,
expired, or unregistered vehicles are not permitted to park in the lots.
Ø
Vehicle repairs,
including fluid changes, are not permitted in the parking lots or on common
elements.
Ø
All motorcycles and
mopeds must be parked in the parking lots, not inside units or on patios/decks.
Ø
A maximum of two
resident permits may be issued to each unit. A photocopy of a valid
vehicle registration must be provided each year, for each vehicle.
Ø
All
residents shall register their motor vehicles with the association office.
Ø
The association
office may issue temporary resident permits in cases where the resident can not
comply with certain provisions such as, loaned or rented vehicles for extended
repair work, or newly acquired vehicles.
Ø
If a
resident permit is lost or stolen, the replacement permit cost is $10.00 for
the first occurrence,
$50.00 for any
other.
Ø
Each unit
will be permitted one visitor pass per year. Visitor passes must be renewed
annually.
Ø
If a
visitor pass is lost or stolen, the replacement visitor pass cost is $10.00 for the first occurrence,
$50.00 for any other.
Ø
Guest
vehicles with guest passes for the Front Units, 2500-2536, may park in the Visitor
spaces located across from 2516-2518. Guests of residents of the Back Units,
2538-2576, are to park in the seven Windgate II spaces near Courtbridge or on
South Wakefield Street.
Ø
Windgate
II residents or guests, who park in Windgate III parking spaces, will be towed.
Ø
Vehicles
not parked in accordance with the restrictions are subject to towing. Refer to
the complete parking rules and regulations to
determine the parking area designated for each color parking permit.
Ø
Arlington
County prohibits parking in marked county fire lanes or designated handicap
parking spaces without the proper handicap identification.
Ø
Vehicles
may be towed at the owners risk and expense without warning between the hours
of 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. for any violation of the regulations. Vehicles may
be towed at any time for violation of the requirement to park only in marked
spaces (parking spaces are identified by parallel white lines), expired safety
inspection sticker, expired tags (bylaw requirement), or delinquent assessments
as outlined in the bylaws.
Ø
The
association is not responsible for damages arising from towing.
Ø
Warning
signs and towing company information signs are posted at each lot entrance.

SUMMARY OF THE ACTUAL PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS, THAT I HAVE RECEIVED,
ALONG WITH THIS DOCUMENT, THE FULL AND COMPLETE LIST OF PARKING RULES AND
REGULATIONS, AND THAT I HAVE COMPLETELY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PARKING RULES
AND REGULATIONS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST SIGN AND DATE THIS DOCUMENT IN ORDER
TO RECEIVE ANY AND ALL PARKING PASSES THAT I MAY BE ENTITLED TO AND THAT BY
