While it’s true that we have maintenance staff and we hire contractors to maintain our common areas, we as owners and tenants owe it to our neighbors to behave responsibly. Trash was recently strewn around because someone left a bag of trash by a trash can. Also recently, our gazebo left untidy and the turf was disturbed. Individual responsibility goes a long way towards keeping our community looking its best. So, everyone, please obey trash and recycling regulations; secure your trash bags to avoid trash left behind; pick up trash you see while walking the property; remove that stray ivy climbing the wall that the landscape company missed; do not disturb our turf; do not climb trees (it could be detrimental to you and the tree) and, generally, please treat common areas like the shared community resource and investment they are.
