Tonight's board meeting has been moved to Arlington Mill Community Center room 525 (909 S Dinwiddie St, Arlington, VA 22204). The meeting will still begin at 7 pm. Agenda items include: board position announcement, gutter and insurance proposals, plumbing task force, plumbing reimbursement request, sidewalk drainage (2514/16), welcome committee, recruitment of part-time assistant manager, association financial report, and variance request for unit 2520-B bathroom renovation. The management packet will be posted on FSRConnect under “News” prior to the meeting and left there after the meeting for owners to review.
