The Windgate II Condominium Association annual meeting and election of board members is tonight, Oct 18, at 7 pm at Fairlington Community Center, Room 118 (parking is limited due to construction -- be prepared to park on the street). There are 3 vacancies on the board: 2 two-year positions and 1 one-year position. Please consider joining the board (here's the application for candidacy form). Also, 35% of owners must attend the meeting or represented by proxy to reach a quorum. Please submit your proxy even if you plan to attend the meeting. Put it in the drop box at the pool house; email it to meetingprep.dcmetro@fsresidential.com, or tape it to your front door by noon Thursday. Print the proxy form.
