Windgate II board meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month, beginning at 7 pm. (See the board page for upcoming board meeting dates.) This month's meeting is April 10 at the Arlington Community Center, Room 525. Agenda items include: height of shrubs next to units; proposal for tree pruning; variance requests from the owner of 2502-A to replace French doors, garden window and basement windows and heat pump; installation of electronic locks on doors; farewell party for Dwayne Miller; parking lot cleaning; reserve study proposal; replacement of lifeguard chair; and status of maintenance work on pool house.
