Update Vehicle Registrations
New parking permits arrive in May and are only issued for vehicles with current registrations (expiring May 2026 or later). Make sure your vehicle registrations are up-to-date in your unit's account!
Turn on Hose Bibs for Spring
It's time to turn on your unit's external hose bibs so they are available to landscapers and maintenance staff.
Tennis Court Keys
If you are planning to move out of Windgate and have a tennis court key, please remember to return the key to NRP so you can get your deposit back.
Remove lamppost lights for DST
Daylight Saving Time starts this Sunday (3/8). Please help remove the strings of lights from the lampposts around the community. Wrap them neatly and leave in the bin(s) by the pool house office.
Soffit and Gutter Replacement
A community-wide project to replace soffits and gutters will begin around February 9. Residents will receive notice before work on their building is scheduled to begin.
Arlington County E-CARE
Arlington County is holding their spring E-CARE collection on Mar 28th. County residents may dispose of household hazardous materials and other items. Get more information here. |
