Consider running for the Board of Directors. Two directors will be elected for two-year terms at the annual meeting in October. The letter will be emailed out in early September.

Volunteers are needed to help with the annual Pooch Paddle at 6PM on Sunday, 9/20. Please refer to recent community update emails for details.

Starting Tuesday, 9/8 the weekday pool hours will be 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM.

Please help water the plants in the courtyards over the summer, and especially during this heat wave. There are hoses in every courtyard for common use. We have watering help during the morning hours, however they cannot make it to every courtyard every day - and sometimes plants need more water by the evening.

New parking decals will be distributed this month (see calendar at right for dates/times). You will not receive decals for vehicles that do not have current/valid registrations. Please make sure your account is up-to-date. Tenants: check with your unit's owner for assistance.

Review your Member Splash account for any household changes since last year and let NRP know if changes are needed. Review the pool hours and policies.
