Please help water the plants in the courtyards over the summer, and especially during this heat wave. There are hoses in every courtyard for common use. We have watering help during the morning hours, however they cannot make it to every courtyard every day - and sometimes plants need more water by the evening.

New parking decals will be distributed this month (see calendar at right for dates/times). You will not receive decals for vehicles that do not have current/valid registrations. Please make sure your account is up-to-date. Tenants: check with your unit's owner for assistance.

Review your Member Splash account for any household changes since last year and let NRP know if changes are needed. Review the pool hours and policies. 

It's time to turn on your unit's external hose bibs so they are available to landscapers and maintenance staff.

If you are planning to move out of Windgate and have a tennis court key, please remember to return the key to NRP so you can get your deposit back. 

Daylight Saving Time starts this Sunday (3/8). Please help remove the strings of lights from the lampposts around the community. Wrap them neatly and leave in the bin(s) by the pool house office.
