Trash, Recycling, Snow
Trash must be bagged and put beside mailboxes only (nowhere else) between 5 am and 9 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. DO NOT put trash out the night before pick-up. It is unsightly, invites animals, and can cause a mess.
Recycling is collected on Mondays and Wednesdays (not Fridays). There are designated recycling areas around the community. It is not collected in the same areas as regular household trash. Capitol Services puts out bins in the recycling areas early in the morning on Mondays and Wednesdays. 
A revised policy for trash and recycling was issued in June 2017. Residents are responsible for following the new policy. Failure to do so may result in fines.
