Beginning on January 1, 2017, Windgate II is being managed by FirstService Residential.
The board voted unanimously on October 19, 2016, to award the Windgate II management contract to FirstService Residential. Windgate II had been managed since 1989 by Klingbeil, Powell & Alrutz, Inc. (KPA).

Forms for Getting Things Done -- FSR will provide forms residents may use to request maintenance, get parking and pool passes, reserve the gazebo, and more.
